Valuer have to register in REGISTERED VALUER ORGANISATIONS (RVOs) that are listed in The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and have to pass Valuation Examination for Asset Class- Land and Building with minimum 60% marks.

IBBI was established on 1st October, 2016 under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code) . IBBI has approved following RVO for registration as valuer in India for Land and Building assets.
