Flexisteel® elevator cable is an innovative traction member for electric machine roomless lifts (MRL) and lift renovation projects. It consists of a high tensile steel wire elevator rope covered with a thermoplastic coating.

The combination of these properties results in a lighter, thinner and more durable high traction steel wire rope. Its properties do not only exceed those of conventional elevator cables, it also allows a more economical elevator design than flat belts. This makes it the best quality-price elevator hoist cable solution available on the market today.

Flexisteel® elevator rope accommodates lightweight, energy efficient cabins and contributes to silent, vibration-free rides. Its low loading elongation provides a high landing accuracy making them ideal for elevators in tall buildings.
