Precast boundary wall - Ashish sogani - 05-02-2014

In the current era the price of land is increasing by leaps and bounds. The need for rapid construction is increasing day by day.
This is one step towards it .... precast boundary wall....

The length of the wall: As desired
Height of the wall: 3’-0” to 9’-0” (measured above ground).
The wall shall consist of the following three precast elements:

Foundations • Dim: 250mm x 250mm x 200mm ht
• Concrete: M-25 Grade
• Weight: 25 kg (approx)


Columns • Dim: 150mm x 150mm out to out section dimension, length as
per height of boundary wall required.

• Concrete: M-25 Concrete

• Steel: 4nos. x 4mm High Carbon Pre-stressed wire

• Weight: 16 kg/ft of column height (approx)
Slabs • Dim: 1500mm x 300mm x 45mm thk

• Concrete: M-25 Concrete

• Steel: 3nos. x 4mm High Carbon Pre-stressed wire

• Weight: 45 kg per slab (approx)

Makes of Material
Cement: JK, Shree
Steel: Rathi, Kamdhenu, Premier
