Obstacles in the development of urban centers:

1. High percentage of undeveloped or vacant land within the corporate limit.
2. Unbalanced and deleterious use of land.
4. Lack of strong and wide economic space.
3. Lack of common facilities like transportation system, housing, water supply, sanitation etc.
5. Uncontrolled peripheral development.
