BEDSA CAVES
At BEDSA
, five mile east of Bhaja, there is a small group of cave, the most important of which are the apsidnl chaitya and the vihara with monk cells. The chaitya cave has a stupa at the end nur LC apse. are two massive octagonal pillars and two similar pilasters. A veranda or porch then leads to pillars here are the artistic treasure of this cave. There are twenty-four in all, separating the aisles on h side and continuing around behind the stupa.
