The survey research process is composed of the following set of tasks
1. defining information needs and obtaining resources
2. collecting of data
   a) choosing the technique of observation
   b) defining the questions ( variables)
   c) pretesting and conducting the survey
3. Analyzing the data
   a) compiling and editing the raw data
   b) Analysis of the distribution of response to a single question ( variables).....
