ORIGIN-DESTINATION (O-D) SURVEY
To know how many of the incoming and outgoing vehicle have their Origins and Destinations in the town
and how many are through traffic, just passing by the towns thus increasing the congestion on the roads.
O-D Survey can be done by a cordon of surveyors stationed at various points of intersections.
