Expression of Interest for preparation of a master plan for a town having population of 10 lakhs and professional fees for the same
The following is the general structure of a EOI (also short listing or empanelment) for a planning project:
Pre-qualification for engagement of Consultants.
· Organisation profile
· Key personnel
· Projects implemented during the last five years highlighting those that are relevant to the project for which this proposal is being made (some clients require information regarding five best projects implemented by the firm)
· Composition of the team
· CV of spatial planners and consultants
· Letter of consent to participate in the project from each consultant
· Awards and recognitions received
· Total full-time employee strength. cadre wise
· Contact person and address

For a master plan of a city with the projected planned population of 10,00,000 and the rate of 10,000 per 1,000 persons (ref S. No.3 of ITPI 2011 Professional fees for Preparation of different Types of Plans Based on Projected Planned Population), the professional fee will be:
Fee (in Rs.) = (10,00,000/1,000) x 10,000 = 1,00,00,000 ( 1 crore)
