Notice of Invitation for Objections to the Reorganization of Wards
राजस्थान नगर पालिका अधिनियम 2009 (2009 का अधिनियम सं. 18) की धारा 9 एवं धारा 10 सहपठित राजस्थान नगरपालिका निर्वाचन नियम, 1994 के नियम 3 के अन्तर्गत एवं राज्य सरकार की अधिसूचना क्रमांक प. (ग) () गठन/श्रेणी/डीएलबी/19/10476 दिनांक 18.10.2019 द्वारा प्रत्यायोजित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये मैं, विजय पाल सिंह नगर निगम, जयपुर हैरिटेज के लिए प्राधिकृत अधिकारी (आयुक्त नगर निगम जयपुर हैरिटेज) एतद् द्वारा सर्वसाधारण को सूचित करता हूं कि सलंग्न प्रपत्र "क" के अनुसार नगर निगम जयपुर हैरिटेज के वार्डों का पुर्नगठन एवं पुनःसीमांकन प्रस्तावित किया गया है।
In accordance with Section 9 and Section 10 of the Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009 (Act No. 18 of 2009), read with Rule 3 of the Rajasthan Municipal Election Rules, 1994, and Notification No. P. (G) () Establishment/Category/DLB/19/10476 dated 18.10.2019 issued by the State Government, I, Vijay Pal Singh, authorized officer (Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Jaipur Heritage) for the Municipal Corporation Jaipur Heritage, hereby inform the general public that the reorganization and re-delineation of wards of Municipal Corporation Jaipur Heritage have been proposed using the powers delegated under the aforementioned provisions.
अतः मैं, विजय पाल सिंह आयुक्त नगर निगम, जयपुर हैरिटेज के लिए प्राधिकृत अधिकारी (आयुक्त नगर निगम जयपुर हैरिटेज) एतद् द्वारा जयपुर जिले के नगर निगम जयपुर हैरिटेज के प्रस्तावित 100 नवगठित वार्डों के उपरोक्त आदेश के प्रारूप का राजस्थान नगर पालिका अधिनियम 2009 की धारा 9 एवं सपठित धारा 10 (उपधारा 4) मे प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसार प्रकाशन करता हूं जो नगर निगम जयपुर की अधिकारिक वेब साइट- www.jaipurmc.org; स्वायत्त शासन विभाग, राज. सरकार की अधिकारिक वेब साइट- Isg.urban.rajasthan.gov.in एवं नगर निगम जयपुर हैरिटेज मुख्यालय व समस्त जोन कार्यालयों के नोटिस बोर्ड पर चस्पा है तथा अधिसूचित करता हूं कि कोई भी व्यक्ति जारी अधिसूचना प्रारूप "क" का अवलोकन कर दिनांक 09.12.2019 से दिनांक 20.12.2019 तक कार्यालय समय समाप्ति तक प्रस्तावित वार्ड पुर्नगठन एवं पुनःसीमाकंन प्रारूप (प्रपत्र "क") पर आपत्तियां प्राधिकृत अधिकारी (आयुक्त, नगर निगम जयपुर हैरिटेज) के कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत कर सकता है।
Therefore, I, Vijay Pal Singh, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Jaipur Heritage, authorized officer (Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Jaipur Heritage), hereby publish the format of the order under Section 9 and Sub-section 4 of Section 10 of the Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009, based on the powers granted, for the proposed 100 newly constituted wards in Jaipur district, as per the order, on the official website of Municipal Corporation Jaipur - www.jaipurmc.org; the official website of the Department of Local Self-Government, Rajasthan Government - Isg.urban.rajasthan.gov.in, and the notice boards of the headquarters and all zone offices of Municipal Corporation Jaipur Heritage. I also notify that any person can submit objections to the proposed ward reorganization and redelineation format (Form "K") in the office of the authorized officer (Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Jaipur Heritage) from the date 09.12.2019 to 20.12.2019 until the office hours end.
आपत्तियों के परिक्षण एवं निस्तारण उपरान्त प्रस्ताव राज्य सरकार को प्रेषित किया जायेगा जिसका अन्तिम रूप से अनुमोदन राज्य सरकार द्वारा किया जायेगा।
After the examination and resolution of objections, the proposal will be sent to the state government for approval, which will be finally approved by the state government."
