As per the UDH notification dated 17/10/2013 rule 12 setbacks of subdivision plot will be same as that of original allotted plot by JDA /Nagar Nigam. There will be no change in setback after subdivision and the height , coverage & FAR of the plots so reconstituted shall be as per prevailing Building Bye laws.
Be careful in buying these types of plot and confirm setbacks from JDA /Nagar Nigam officer's.
