I bought a bag of Cimsa white cement from Lowes in Ft Myers Florida.
The bag had "B 19/12/2016" marked on it. Is this the date it was made? Is this a Sell-By date?
In either case, is it not a bit late to be selling this? Might there requirements or understandings with Lowes as to the latest date to sell it?
This area has a subtropical climate. It may not be surprising that there are hard lumps (lots) in the cement.
What do you think? Should I expect Lowes to replace the bag with a more recent date?
