The residence sits on a sprawling 3 ,000 sq mr plot of land. A huge cantilcven:d porch with a large verandah beneath it, welcome you into the house. The formal and living spaces have been detached from the main house so as to lend privacy to the family areas and also to allow the landscape to filter indoors. Hence the front mass is low in scale. The main living room, family room, dining area, and parents' bedroom are at ground lc\'cl and planned with large sir-ours facmg the tree and a beautifully 'andscaped area. Similarly on the first tloor. the lounge as well as owner Amrish Patel's bedroom also looks onto the mango tree.

A cantilevered fabricated deck allows one to sit, relax, and enj oy the verdant greenery below, so that one can really breathe in the tree and soak in the surrounding landscape.
