Technical Mortars

Weber Tec Prime is a bonding and water resistant primer to be used prior to the application of leverling compounds and adhesive mortar on difficult surfaces. It protects wooden surfaces from dampness during application of mortar and is suitable for use on interior walls and floors.

Suitable to be used on the following substrates:
Most types of ceramic tiles (including glazed tiles) and rigid vinyl tiles
Wooden boards
Gypsum boards
Asphalt
Parquet floors
Well adhered to acrylic paints
Composition : water dispersion resins and specific additives.


Recommendations
Do not add water or any other component to weber tec prime
After setting weber tec prime will appear to be a yellowish translucent film which is sticky to provide good bonding
if weber tec prime is left too long before application of mortar. It looses the thickness
It would become necessary to apply another coat.

Weber Crete is an acrylic additive effectively used as a waterproof and a damproof coating for concrete structures.

It is a multipurpose additive used for enhancing the properties of concrete/ mortar mix.
It can be used for internal as well as external applications.
Non toxic, suitable for use in potable water.
It improves the workability of mixes.
It makes the structure impermeable to liquids.
It provides an excellent bond to the existing substrate.
No protection screed is required for this waterproofing system


Recommendation
Waterproofing of all concrete structures like terraces,external facades, swimming pools or any other exposed area.
It can also be used for internal waterproofing like basement, lift pits, bathrooms etc.
Repairs of spalled columns, beams and any other concrete structure for internal as well as external surfaces.
It can also be used for bonding of plasters to the existing substrate for external applications.
It is used for injection into concrete/rock structures in the form of cement slurry.

Weber Sbr is styrene butadiene co polymer latex liquid. It is used as a polymer modifier for concrete/cement mortar for waterproofing and repairs of spalled concrete.

It provides an excellent bond to the existing substrate.
It makes the structure impermeable to liquids.
It improves chemical, abrasion and impact resistance.
It has improved flexural strength and hence avoids cracking.
Shrinkage cracks are reduced.
Thinner screeds can be cast for similar strengths,reducing weight and material used.
It has excellent slip resistance when used for flooring screeds.



Recommendation
Bonding agent-Old to new concrete bonding, bonding for plasters.
Structural repairs – For spalled concrete, beams, precast segments etc.
Waterproofing ( Internal) - Lift pits, basements, toilets etc.
Polymer modifier for floor screeds - Can be used as an underlay for epoxy floorings.
