It must be a tormenting phase of life for Kangana Ranaut specially so when she is in the prime of her career to have experienced misery of being exposed to world through her letters too personal of order. As rightly stated in her narration that "every letter you write to your lover holds a lot of vulnerability. You are exposing a part of yourself to an individual and feel naked in front of the world". When you are in relation with someone, you are overly attached, emotionally to the person you love and admire. In the heat of it, you convey your inner intimate expression to the person. In the good times everything seems in place because person in relation is in extreme hallucination. Apart from transfer of pleasantries, the persons in love goes blind for so called on top of the world period and pander to unwarranted expressive feelings in letters that becomes word of vulnerability and bring shame of highest order in rough times later. When relations sail in smooth waters, these expressions matters to none but with the twist of fortune when twosome fall in altercation, these ascribed denotions cause shame and anger.

It is advised thus with word of caution to maintain the required restraint in jotting down emotions in words in good times because they become sharp sword plugging deep into the heart breaking it into pieces in the rough times.

You become slave of your own words and become fragile and soft target of person you admired the most in this world. It becomes so much so important to maintain sanctity of the relations when while you have relation blooming with your lover or future companion. Your words of expression can put you into bigger trouble when exposed to the world. You just fall unto your own eyes but also can't face the world with equanimity. You face ignominy of public trial totally against your will and that actually shakes your self confidence and inner self.
