Parking Surveys

By parking surveys, the planners want to know
(i) The number of vehicles parked in the central area at different times of day
(ii) The-number of frustrated parkers who wished to park in the central area but have parked somewhere else;
(iii) How many people habitually walk along the central area as they know that there is no parking space there;
(iv) How many, because of this reason, go to other central area of the town
