Understand the client psychology plays a critical role in overall development of building design. Client always focus on the usage , built up area of any project to make it viable. In the course of action client actually spoils service and maintenance part of building due to which building has to suffer later.
It is an Architects duty that he understand service part of the building thoroughly and keep proper space alloted for building services like :
plumbing
electrical
fire safety
HVAC services
Lift and staircase etc.
