Marriage are made in heaven but solemnised on the earth between two young entities. This is what and how this premise of marriage is described. Matrimony used to be a different ball game in early twentieth century. Parents had all the rights to decide the fate of bride and groom. With their discretion, marriage were consented to be abide by. There was no resistance offered from either bride/groom.

Looks were secondary. Family strength and money were matter of prime concern. Dowry was matter of status. Bride in particular had no voice. Requirement of education was abysmally low for marriage proposals, rather it mattered less or none. Taking out marriage procession from one place to other was not only cumbersome but also full of dangers because of rough and secluded terrain full of wild animals and robbers. Dowry was prevalent social stigma still status symbol, for groom side and forced bride side to accede to their demands. No resistance from either bride side or society to demands of dowry and brides parents had to accede to the demands as proclaimed. Gradually perception of life and requirements changed.

Foray of education into life changed the climate of marriage where consent of both bride and groom started gaining equal weight. Colours of life changed so is the choice of contenders. Selection of choicest life partner became virtuous and concept of love marriages started replacing arranged marriages. With influx of education specially in girls, changed scene of marriages with consent of bride for marriage gained recognition. Choice of both bride and groom were of equal importance for the marriage being solemnised.

Coming to the present times, the modern era with the advent of Internet, life shifted its origin. Girls education in Higher studies changed gender bias and brides choice became obvious and important. The brides began franchising their choice and prioritised with demands on parity. Judging what is right or wrong is not the area of concern but fresh lease of turnaround created out of education and demands of parity subdued other obnoxious practices that gripped the society for years into shackles of backwardness.

Equality bounced over gender bias and in extreme cases, brides started shelving undesirable marriage proposals. These conditions emanated of financial independence that girls acquired of late.
Meanwhile a parallel system of match making through computerised kundli came into existence.

All astronomical calculation mattered to masses for nuptial knots. With the progression of time and medical technology, a voice emerged amongst the system to evaluate medical history of either of two, bride and groom before entering into marriage. Family history of both started gaining importance for the life style diseases such as diabetes, cardiac problems and blood group tests for future of their offsprings.

There are parameters of medical parlance that will decide future course of marriages and its concept. Instead of matching kundli as practiced, brides and groom will ask for all major tests for AIDS, cardiac prone tests, diabetes, thyroid and all major profiles such as renal, lipid etc and tests related to life style diseases. If found compatible, marriages will proceed. Other parameters such as education, smartness and money shall also become secondary and financial independence of both bride and groom will carry weightage.

This will pave the way to absolute turnaround in society and health, equality and financial independence will fast replace lagna matching, a must parameter for matrimony, a legitimate change for healthy society in the times to come.

General behaviour of people when gather to mourn someone's death after third day of death seems more customary than any serious note in Jaipur and other parts of the country where this ritual is followed ardently.

To my surprise, this assemblage serve no genuine purpose but routine conglomeration of friends and relatives to discuss general issues. People are keeping so busy with their routine that at times they don't make it to such gatherings.

May be we find an alternate solution to this customary note. The close relatives are the real sufferers to the situation risen out of demise and they actually feel the real pinch. Although the deceased is no more available physically to measure the level of despair of attendee 's physical presence, still it is formal routine of them to show their physical presence, solidarity & concern to the deceased. The society seems more concerned about the deceased after demise of the person.

It is something like someone is more concerned about parents after they leave the world than when they actually existed. We are a lot of hypocrites to be there merely to show our physical presence rather than actual concern for the deceased. My mind still surround my thoughts to find a solution to this particular situation coming our way everyday. May be we find some solution to this seemingly easy but tough question. The society by and large follow what is shown to them.

The customs and rituals which don't vibe well with the changed face of the time should either be curtailed or dismissed for not being pertinent to the present world. People are occupied today grossly into their business and other commitments and time is a big issue for every working individual.

To shelve time for such third day congregation in today 's world in particular to accommodate is not only difficult but also undesirable. We can show our deep gratitude towards departed soul by planting a tree in the name of them and nurture it through life . If we are blessed enough economically, we must shoulder responsibility of a poor's education.

By the name of departed soul, we can create schemes helping helpless and downtrodden people. This will be our real tribute to departed soul and it will establish his remembrance permanently in our memory for a longer run rather than a customary show of gratitude.

We can arrange religious sermon/bhajans to pay homage to the departed soul on next public holiday. It would be convenient for majority of people to participate and be part of final tribute to someone close.

We come across people living by the roadside purely by virtue of their birth. Had they been born to the parents of repute, life for them could garner ease & comforts. We don't see any specific reason behind their being there except that they were born to a specific roadside family. These conditions are purely by the very physical birth .

The object being their in the situation without any choice. Similarly, domestic dog with higher breed stay in some royal family with care and comfort. Why that a road side dog mete out poor treatment from people while a royal breed gets welcome home of high family. A royal dog leads far superior life than a person born near the road side. This is where virtues of life do exist. The very contribution of person to get the life of choice is purely incidental and had no bearing over person's own efforts.

The ordinance of life doesn't stop here. It unearths many more incidents that happen by your choice or without choice.

The life 's mystery can still open pandora box of surprises with person taking birth in a royal family and be still devoid of enjoying royalty. A person born to the poorest of parents can eschew poverty and can lead life royale. You can born poor but you can die rich. Your efforts and sheer luck when combined can reverse fortunes.

If God is willing, tables can always turn to your favour. Your efforts are also part of God 's grace and your achievements alone don't make your life but hand of God does. With all your acts, you can just embrace levels of success but if you are defined to touch heights, no one can stop.
Only unconditional Love in this world that is pure, clean and unilateral is that of Parents love. Some beautiful lines that are testimony to parents love are:
*घर की इस बार फिर से*
*मुकम्मल तलाशी लूँगा*
*आखिर ग़म छुपा कर मेरे*
*माँ बाप कहाँ रखते थे.......
meaning that once again I will search my house judiciously to find out where my parents used to keep sorrows hiding. This clearly reflects that within their hidden sorrows lies the doors of happiness of kids. They bury their sorrows deep within and make sure child doesn't get iota of inkling of it.
Parents can stretch any length to see to it that child 's demands are met with and that too without asking any favour in return. They make supreme sacrifices in life to align with the life of their kids. If the demand by a kid is beyond parents reach to accomplish, the frustration level of parents is inconsolable.
The biggest irony of life is that we give undue importance to our kids who in future may or may not give to our cause and we leave our parents in lurch who laid their entire life unconditionally for our happiness.
The life cycle keeps rolling with many examples of parents leading a painful, pathetic life despite their children staging high status in society. We need to keep reminders specially with context of Indian society that one can repay all the debts but can't subdue even a fraction of what parents have done for them in life. We must ensure that parents be handled with care because our childhood has seen many such incidences which has crossed the level of tolerance of our parents but they still ignored it. We must build attribute to increase our level of tolerance to that level if not more, to ignore troubles erupted due to their old age disabilities, with utter patience. As our childhood passed its version without any problems hats off to parents sacrifices, we must ensure smooth sailing of their old age with equanimity. Old age replicates childhood and as a child needs all special care so is the aged people needs pure compassion. All other relations have a substitute but parents can't be replicated.
The most beautiful thing in the world is to see your parents smiling and ensure that you become reason to the smile.

Shamanism is a practice that involves a practitioner reaching altered states of consciousness in order to perceive and interact with a spirit world and channel these transcendental energies into this world.A shaman is a person regarded as having access to the world of good and bad spirits, who typically enters into state of hypnosis, meditation and prayer and practices divination and healing.

Shamanism encompasses the doctrine that shamans are intermediaries or messengers between the human world and the spirit worlds. Shamans are said to treat ailments/illness by mending the soul.

Alleviating traumas affecting the soul/spirit restores the physical body of the individual to balance and wholeness. The shaman also enters supernatural realms or dimensions to obtain solutions to problems afflicting the community. Shamans may visit other worlds/dimensions to bring guidance to misguided souls and to ameliorate illnesses of the human soul caused by foreign elements. The shaman operates primarily within the spiritual world, which in turn affects the human world. The restoration of balance results in the elimination of the ailment.

Shamanic beliefs and practices have attracted the interest of scholars from a wide areas of knowledge. Stories of spirits malevolent or benevolent is a subject of research but since ages, our life 's existence to some extent revolves around this interesting aspect of life.Nothing concrete seems evident, though some claim to have gone viz a viz with spirits and had face to face deliberations with them. Hard to believe though but subject creates interest because it relates to our very existence in this world and seems to have some connect, though a dicey proposition. The spirit world is having human bondage with the existing world and researchers having done lot of research to find out implication of spirits and its different avatars in humanity. The basic question still stands with whether these supernatural powers does exist??

Job market seems flashy with the government sector specially after demonetisation in India. People in this sector are happy, secured and convinced of a stable life as compared to small time entrepreneurs because they are getting handsome renumeration after the seventh pay commission recommendations. Since demonetisation, the anamoly of money market and its changing mood quite often creating panic in business community so much so that they are living in distress and uncertain of the future. People are keeping track on necessary buyings alone and hence money not exchanging hands as frequently, raising uncertainty in the business. Small savings ordained to secure future over a period by this segment is getting consumed gradually and with no regular source of income in sight, this segment is heading irresolute. Silence is evident in cautious traders with additional burden of raids by income tax and other enforcement departments abetting further unease.

Private sector jobs though seemingly provide employment with high packages caters to a very small segment. With turbulent state of business, they too might get influenced soon and total chaos and disorder could tumble the very fabric of symbiosis. There is dependence of one segment over other and as a resultant entire populace is under duress created of situation.

Government will have to take immediate remedial measures for the entire economy with provision of tax relief sops, keeping vigil on inflation, decrease the bank interest rate etc to boost the industry, business and economy. Government must facilitate jobs for the youth of the country. Agricultural sector needs impetus and all possible help must be accorded to farmers who are backbone of the nation. Government will have to create confidence in public that imminent time is good for general mass. Poor and downtrodden should be accorded financial assistance for immediate survival because daily wages labour is not getting jobs in the uncertain market. Daily wage labour with many mouths to fend everyday finding it hard to find work these days. Government run schemes must be introduced to create more job opportunities to daily wage labourers. Overall scenario is of panic though a temporary setback was expected of sudden demonetisation. In order to put country in order, premier of the country has to take tough decisions which may suit some while detract others. You can't please everyone. If you do so, you are sure to fail. A Time bound and transparent decision may hit people and governance simultaneously but in a longer run, it may prove conducive and wholesome.

People need to understand what is good for them and what is bad. Afterall we have to grow high with other economies of the world and that can happen with every effort of each and every citizen of the country.

As rightly stated in her narration that "every letter you write to your lover holds a lot of vulnerability. You are exposing a part of yourself to an individual and feel naked in front of the world". When you are in relation with someone, you are overly attached, emotionally to the person you love and admire. In the heat of it, you convey your inner intimate expression to the person. In the good times everything seems in place because person in relation is in extreme hallucination. Apart from transfer of pleasantries, the persons in love goes blind for so called on top of the world period and pander to unwarranted expressive feelings in letters that becomes word of vulnerability and bring shame of highest order in rough times later. When relations sail in smooth waters, these expressions matters to none but with the twist of fortune when twosome fall in altercation, these ascribed denotions cause shame and anger.

What is the height of superstition?
I could muster one of such. Just slaughter a black goat on tarmac of an airport and one get away with bad omen of plane crash. This is what aviation authorities doing their bit in Pakistan. A very strange news that too when world is heading for twenty first century & life is experiencing subtle change off to technological advancement. Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) after a recent crash of one of its flights in the hills near abbotabad, sacrificed a black goat to ward off bad omen on runway before an ordained flight to Multan. Will slaughtering a goat on the tarmac of airport for divine intervention keep the agency's flights safe?

Though this video went viral on the media and received backlash, still big question surrounds everyone's minds that how an act of sacrificing goat can save us from bad omen. We need to understand that our own casual bent of mind and haughtiness cause such mishaps. When we browse through the intricacy of one of the recent air accident in South America killing budding Brazilian football stars, it was found that the airlines had not fueled the airline to the extent required and when it approached the destination, it was short of fuel. Such acts of casual stint give rise to mishaps. We can't count on superstitions to counter casual mistakes of humans resulting in disasters. Specially so with dastardly sacrifice of goats under the pretext of bringing good omen is no solution to it.

The supremacy of God can't be undermined and the power that runs the world still fortify our minds to a greater extent but subduing this faith with such sacrifices understate our internal fear that surfaces with the act even God will not pardon. Why kill innocent speechless creature to substantiate our own whims and fancies of superstitions.

We need to come over age with the changing times and believe in self. We need to do our homework well instead of engaging into the acts that was hounded by millions since ages for no good reason. And mind you, we Indians too emulate such superstitions assiduously.

So, thought the term ‘cholesterol’ always seems to be having a negative connotation, there is a lot of good side to it. On the other hand, too much cholesterol in the body can lead to serious problems like heart disease. Many factors can contribute to high cholesterol, but the best part is that there are different things you can do to control it.
What is cholesterol?
Cholesterol is a fat, or lipid. It is a sterol produced by the liver. It performs three main functions:

It helps to build and maintain cell membrane.

Bile Production – It makes up the bile acids that work to digest food in the intestine.

Hormone Production – allows the body to make hormones, like estrogen in women and testosterone in men.
Cholesterol flows through our body via our bloodstream. Since cholesterol is not soluble in water it tends to not mix well with blood. Therefore, the liver packages it with protein and other compounds creating a lipoprotein before it is released into the blood stream. Cholesterol is then transported through the bloodstream in this lipoprotein.
When the lipoprotein has more protein than cholesterol, it is called high density lipoprotein (HDL) or good cholesterol. When the lipoprotein has more cholesterol than protein, it is called low density lipoprotein (LDL) or bad cholesterol.
Low-density lipoproteins tend to deposit cholesterol on artery walls.
