Bye laws applicable to property taken before 2020 - abhishekag - 02-01-2024

Dear all,
My basic question is that revision of setback rules as per 2020 bye laws is applicable to properties acquired before 2020 or not .

I have my property since 2007 now converted into commercial area is 2293 sq feet on a 150 road.my question is that revised setback rules must be applicable to my property where now I am not suppose to leave setbacks on 3 sides
Suggestions and post of all of you welcome in this regard.
Abhishek .

Setback is decided by scheme plan of approved colony.  You have to check your JDA patta site plan for the setbacks, if this is not mension then only 2020 byelaws setback is applicable for new construction in the plot.
