Number JDA/ACTP/B.P.C. (BP)/ 2021/ D-36: Jaipur Development Authority Act, 1982 (Act No. 25 of 1982, Section 16 (P) read with Section 96, 32 (3) and 68, using the powers conferred by), hereby makes the following regulations through Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur: Prior to the effective date of these regulations, the Building Regulations for notified urban areas (excluding specific areas) will not be applicable.

संख्या ज.वि.पा./अति.मु.न.नि./बी. पी. सी. (बीपी) 2021/ डी-36 : जयपुर विसस प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1982 (वर्ष 1982 कर अधिनियम संख्या 25 की धारा 16 के खण्ड (त) सामपठित धारा 96. 32 (3) और 68 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये जयपुर विकास प्राधिकरण, जयपुर एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है। इन विनियमों के प्रभावी होने की तिथि से पूर्व में अधिसूचित नगरीय क्षेत्र भवन विनियम (विशिष्ट क्षेत्रों को छोड़कर) लागू नहीं रहेंगे।

1 Short Title and Commencement

1 संक्षिप्त नाम तथा प्रारम्भ

1.1 These Building Regulations shall be known as the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur (Jaipur Region Building) Building Regulations, 2020.

1.1 ये भवन विनियम (Building Regulations ) जयपुर विकास प्राधिकरण, जयपुर (जयपुर रीजन भवन) भवन विनियम, 2020 कहलायेंगे।
1.2 These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

1.2 ये विनियम इनके राज पत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रभावी होगे।
1.3 These regulations shall extend to the areas falling under Jaipur Region (excluding the walled city). Building Regulations for Vidhyadhar Nagar Scheme are included in Schedule 3.

1.3 इन विनियमों का विस्तार जयपुर रीजन (चारदीवारी के अलावा) के अन्तर्गत आने वाले क्षेत्रों में होगा। विद्याधर नगर योजना के लिए भवन विनियम अनुसूची 3 में दिये गये है।
