Does the provision of unlimited FAR on 200' wide road still exists in new rules of JDA ? what is the clause number ?

clause no. 19.7.9

19.7.9 For raising a fund for the construction of Metro Rail and BRTS, additional FAR shall
permissible (on payment of betterment levy), as follows:-

(a) Additional unlimited FAR (in addition to the maximum FAR shown in the
Tables (Table 2,3, & 4) shall be permissible on the proposed Metro Rail/BRTS
routes in Jaipur city (except walled city, area of importance from a heritage
point of view and those in Table-6) on the payment of betterment levy, as
per Table-9 (other parameters shall be according to the Building Byelaws.)
