- Efficient procurement procedures: Efficient procurement procedures can help to ensure that the PPP delivers value for money and that the best partner is selected for the project.
- Strong monitoring and evaluation: Strong monitoring and evaluation systems are necessary to track the progress of the partnership and identify areas for improvement.
