The design is based on internal courtyard which keeps it climatically sustainable in hot and dry climate of Jaipur. This courtyard gives students, a place to interact. The central courtyard is 36′ X 36′

Housing is developed around internal courtyard . This court also serve as children play area and all 64 flats have direct visual contact with their children.
