10.5 Provision for buildings on special roads:

10.5. विशेष सड़को पर भवनों हेतु प्रावधानः

For the roads mentioned in Table 6 of the Jaipur Region Building Regulations 2010 (Jaipur Region Building) for specific roads, the prescribed height standards will be determined in accordance with relevant amendments, notifications, and orders issued from time to time by the state government/Jaipur Development Authority. The prescribed building plan, height, and other building construction standards will be considered as part of the building regulations for the specific roads/areas designated by the state government/Jaipur Development Authority.

विशिष्ठ सड़कों हेतु जयपुर विकास प्राधिकरण (जयपुर रीजन भवन) विनियम 2010 की तालिका 6 में उल्लेखित सड़को हेतु निर्धारित ऊँचाई के मानदण्डत था संबंधित संशोधनो एवं समय-समय राज्य सरकार/जयपुर विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा जारी अधिसूचनाये, परिपत्र  व  आदेशों के अनुसार  होगें। राज्य सरकार/ जयपुर विकासप्राधिकरण द्वारा निर्धारित विशिष्ट सङको/क्षेत्र हेतु निर्धारित भवनरेखा, ऊँचाई व अन्य भवन निर्माण मानदण्ड विनियमो के भाग माने जायेंगे।
