4.Extent of non-revenue water
5.Continuity of water supply n Quality of water supplied
6.Cost recovery in water supply services n Efficiency in redressal of customer complaints
7.Efficiency in collection of water supply-related charges
•Solid Waste Management
1.Household level coverage of SWM services
2.Efficiency of collection of municipal solid waste n Extent of segregation of municipal solid waste
3.Extent of municipal solid waste recovered
4.Extent of scientific disposal of municipal solid waste
5.Extent of cost recovery in SWM services 6.Efficiency in redressal of customer complaints
7.Efficiency in collection of SWM-related user charges
•Waste Water Management
1.Coverage of toilets
2.Coverage of wastewater network services
3.Collection efficiency of wastewater network
4.Adequacy of wastewater treatment capacity
5.Quality of wastewater treatment
6.Extent of reuse and recycling of wastewater
