10.2.5 Special Category Building / Iconic Building

10.2.5 विशेष प्रकृति के भवन

Special Category buildings are those which are significant from an architectural or building importance perspective, or those which do not fall under the category of residential/commercial/industrial buildings and for which standards have not been defined. For such buildings, specific criteria for construction will be determined by the state government based on the recommendations of an expert committee set up under regulation 9.2.

विशेष प्रकृति के ऐसे भवन जिनमें आर्किटेक्चरल अथवा भवन के महत्व के दृष्टिगत रखते हुए अथवा ऐसे भवन जी कि आवासीय/ वाणिज्यिकासंस्थागता औद्योगिक भवन की प्रकृति में नहीं आते हैं एवं यहां मानदण्ड निर्धारित नहीं है, तो ऐसे भवनों में भवन निर्माण के विशिष्टमापदण्ड विनियम 9.2 के अनुसार गठित एक्सपर्ट कमेटी की अनुशंषा पर राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित किये जा सकेंगे।
