10.2.4 Industrial Building
10.2.4 औद्योगिक भवन
(1) The construction standards for industrial buildings shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “RIICO” building byelaws and regulations
(1) औद्योगिक भवन हेतु निर्माण के मानदण्ड “रीको’ के प्रचलित नियमों/भवन विनियमों आदि में संबंधित प्रावधानों के अनुरूप होंगे।
(2) Warehouses / Godowns
(2) वेयर हाउसिंग / गोदाम
(a) For agriculture-based warehouses / godowns:
- Minimum area of land – 3000 sq.m.
- Minimum width of road – 18 m.
(अ) कृषि आधारित वेयर हाउसिंग / गोदाम उपयोग हेतु
- भूखण्डकान्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल- 3000 व. मी.
- सड़क की न्यूनतम चौड़ाई – 18 मी.
(b) For general warehouses / godowns:
- Minimum area of land – 500 sq.m.
- Minimum width of road – 18 m.
(ब) सामान्य वेयर हाउसिंग/गोदाम उपयोग हेतु
- भूखण्ड का न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल- 500 व. मी.
- सड़क की न्यूनतम चौड़ाई 18 सी.
The provisions for the specific planning of warehouse/godown area as part of the overall site plan shall be subject to the area of land, minimum width of road and other building standards.
वेयर हाउसिंग गोदाम भूखण्ड विशिष्टयोजना का भाग होने का योजना के प्रावधान पथा भूखण्ड का क्षेत्रफल, सड़क की चौड़ाई एवं अन्य भवन मानदण्ड लागू होंगे।
10.2.5 Special Category Building / Iconic Building
Industrial Building norms as per bye laws
Side Setback, Rear Setback, Height and BAR Standards shall be per Table-1
Front setback shall be as per Table-4 according to the width of the road
Parking standards shall be as per Table-8
