11.11. Permissible Projection

11.11. अनुज्ञेय प्रक्षेप (Permissible Projection)-

(a) A projection, the width of which is 0.6 meters or one-third the setback distance whichever is less , and the height above ground level is less than 2.1 meters.

(क) छज्जा, जिसकी चौड़ाई 0.6 मी. या सैटबेक दूरी का एक-तिहाई जो भी कम हो तथा भूमि तल से 2.1 मी. से कम की ऊंचाई पर न हो।

(b) The width of central projection (leading) of the staircase is1.0 meter or one-third of setback distance whichever is less and the height above ground level is less than 2.4 meters. It can be covered with a jali or grill.

(ख) सीढी का मध्यवर्ती ठहराव (लेडिंग) जो कि चौड़ाई में 1.0 मी. या सैटबेक दूरी का एक-तिहाई, जो भी कम हो एवं भूमि तल से 2.4 मी. से कम की ऊँचाई पर न हो। इसे जाली या र्गिल से ढका जा सकता है।

(c) Projected Almirah, which is 2.0 meters long and 0.6 meters wide in each residential room and the height above ground level is not less than 4.50 meters.

(ग) प्रोजेक्टेड अलमारी, जो कि प्रत्येक रिहायशी कमरे पर 2.0 मी. लम्बाई एवं 0.6 मी. चौडाई की हो तथा भूमि तल से 4.50 मीटर से कम की ऊँचाई पर ना हो।

(d) The balcony shall be constructed as per the provisions of 11.10 (b).

(घ) बालकनी 11.10 (ख) के प्रावधान अनुसार होगी।

(e) The above projection shall be made at least 4.50 meters above ground level in multi-story buildings. If a proposal is made for a 3.60-meter-wide passage after the said projection for the operation of fire-fighting vehicles in a multi-story building then the height of 4.50 meters shall not be mandatory.

(ड) उपरोक्त प्रोजेक्षन बहु मंजिले भवनों में भूमि तल से कम से कम 4.50 मीटर की ऊँचाई के उपरांत ही देय होगे। यदि बहुमंजिले भवन में अग्निशमन वाहन के संचालन हेतु 3.60 मीटर चौडा गलियारा उक्त प्रोजेक्षन के उपरांत प्रस्तावित किया जाता है तो 4.50 मीटर की ऊँचाई की बाध्यता नहीं होगी।
