19.4. Registration Process-
19.4. पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया (Registration Process)-
A person or group of persons who meet the specified eligibility criteria and have the required experience and credentials shall apply for registration with the competent officer (Director in the Authority, Senior-most Town Planner in the relevant Urban Local Bodies or the authorized officer as per the above-mentioned criteria) along with proof of their experience and credentials. In case the authorized officer is not appointed by the competent officer, the applicant shall apply to the authorized officer appointed by the relevant Urban Local Body. The application shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee, which shall not be refundable. Technical personnel who meet the eligibility criteria under clauses 19(i) to 19(iii) shall be deemed to be registered automatically for building plan approval under the general process, and the registration fee for other technical personnel with competency shall be as follows:
निर्धारित अर्हताएं रखने वाला व्यक्ति या व्यक्तियों का समूह अपने अनुभव एवं अर्हताओं के प्रमाण पत्र के साथ पंजीयन हेतु सक्षम अधिकारी (प्राधिकरण में निदेशक, नगर आयोजना/अन्य नगरीय निकायों में संबंधित नगरीय निकाय में पदस्थापित वरिष्ठतम नगर नियोजक) को अथवा उपरोक्तानुसार वर्णित सक्षम अधिकारी के पदस्थापित नहीं होने पर संबंधित नगरीय निकाय में पदस्थापित प्राधिकृत अधिकारी को आवेदन करेगा। आवेदन के साथ फीस भी निम्नानुसार जमा की जानी होगी, जो कि लौटाई नहीं जायेगी। विनियम 19 (i) से (iii) के तहत अर्हताएं रखने वाले तकनीकीविद सामान्य प्रक्रिया के तहत भवन मानचित्र अनुमोदन हेतु स्वतः पंजीकृत माने जावेंगे व अन्य सक्षमता रखने वाले तकनीकीविदों हेतु पंजीकरण राशि निम्नानुसार होगी-
(i) As per Regulation No. 19.2 (iv) to (vii), a lump sum of Rs. 10,000/- and an annual renewal fee of Rs. 2,500/- will be applicable.
(i) विनियम सं. 19.2 (iv) से (vii) रूपये 10,000/- एकमुश्त व रुपये 2500/- प्रति वर्ष (Renewal Fee) |
(ii) As per Regulation No. 19.2 (viii) to (x), a lump sum of Rs. 5,000/- and an annual renewal fee of Rs. 1,500/- will be applicable.
(ii) विनियम सं. 19.2 (viii) से (x) रूपये 5,000/- एकमुश्त व रूपये 1500/- प्रति वर्ष (Renewal Fee)।
(iii) As per Regulation No. 19.2 (i) to (iii) and 19.3.2, the registration fee will be as follows:
(iii) विनियम सं. 19.2 (i) से (iii) का 19.3.2 अनुसार पंजीकरण राशि निम्नानुसार होगी ।
• For local architects, a lump sum of Rs. 50,000/- and an annual renewal fee of Rs. 12,500/- will be applicable.
• राज्य के स्थानीय वास्तुविद रूपये 50,000/- एकमुश्तव रूपये 12,500/- प्रति वर्ष (Renewal Fee) |
• For out-of-state architects, a lump sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- and an annual renewal fee of Rs. 25,000/- will be applicable.
• राज्य से बाहर के वास्तुविद रूपये 1,00,000/- एकमुश्तव रूपये 25,000/- प्रति वर्ष (Renewal Fee)।
After verifying the eligibility of the technical expert by the competent authority, a registration certificate can be issued at their level.
सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा तकनीकीविद की अर्हताएं जाँच करने के पश्चात् अपने स्तर पर पंजीकरण प्रमाण-पत्र जारी किया जा सकेगा।
