21 Special Provision
9. The limited height and FAR will be applicable to the land located on the metro rail corridor, B.R.T.S corridor, and other major transport corridors. A partial amount of the betterment levy obtained from these lands can be used in the Rajasthan Transport Infrastructure Development Fund (RTIDF), for which a separate policy decision will be taken by the state government.
