सैक्टर-4 प्रताप नगर, बैरवा कालोनी रोड़ से शुरू होकर पूर्व दिशा में चलकर बॉयी ओर की कालोनियों कटारिया की ढाणी, नृसिंह की ढाणी, गोकुल विहार को सम्मिलित करते हुये नीलकंठ महादेव मंदिर के सामने तक। यहाँ से उत्तर पूर्व की ओर कच्चे रास्ते चलकर वन्दना विहार, गोकुलदास पुरा, कपिल विहार, शशि विहार, को सम्मिलित करते हुये व सैक्टर प्रताप नगर, श्रीनाथ नगर, दीपक कालोनी, मोती विहार कालोनी को छोड़ते हुये एयरपोर्ट बाउण्ड्री तक। एयरपोर्ट बाउण्ड्री के पश्चिम की ओर बाउण्ड्री के सहारे सहारे चलकर चौधरी कालोनी, मौसम विभाग, मानसागर कालोनी को शामिल कर चीलगाडी रेस्टोरेन्ट होते हुये होटल फ्लाई व्यू जाने वाली सड़क तक। यहाँ से दक्षिण की ओर चलकर बायी तरफ की कालोनियों को सम्मिलित करते हुए वार्ड कार्यालय तक। वार्ड कार्यालय से पूर्व दिशा की ओर बाए हिस्से को सम्मिलित करते हुए व गांधी विहार कालोनी को छोडते हुए रघुनाथपुरी जाने वाली सड़क तक। यहाँ से दक्षिण की ओर चलकर बायी ओर की कालोनी को शामिल करते हुए सैक्टर 4 प्रतापनगर बैरवा कालोनी रोड़ तक का समस्त क्षेत्र।

Starting from Sector-4, Pratap Nagar, Bairwa Colony Road, moving towards the east, including the colonies on the left side such as Kataria Ki Dhani, Nrisingh Ki Dhani, and Gokul Vihar, reaching in front of Neelkanth Mahadev Temple. From here, heading northeast on rough roads, including Vandana Vihar, Gokuldas Pura, Kapil Vihar, Shashi Vihar, and reaching the Airport Boundary while leaving behind Sector Pratap Nagar, Shrinath Nagar, Deepak Colony, and Moti Vihar Colony. Along the western side of the Airport Boundary, moving along the boundary, including Choudhary Colony, Meteorological Department, and Mansagar Colony, reaching the road going to Chilgadi Restaurant near Hotel Fly View. From here, moving towards the south, including the colonies on the left side, up to the Ward Office. From the Ward Office, heading towards the east, including the left side and leaving behind Gandhi Vihar Colony, reaching the road going to Raghunathpuri. From here, moving towards the south, including the left side and leaving behind the colonies on the left side, up to Sector 4 Pratap Nagar Bairwa Colony Road, covering the entire area.
