10.11.3 Tree Plantation for the Environment:
10.11.3 पर्यावरण हेतु वृक्षारोपण:-
For every 50 square meters of land area, at least two trees should be planted in proportion. Failure to comply with this provision will result in a deposit of Rs. 1000/- per tree in the local authority, which will be used to plant trees on that land.
भूखण्ड क्षेत्रफल के प्रत्येक 50 वर्गमीटर के लिए कम से कम दो वृक्ष के अनुपात मे वृक्ष लगाने होगे। इस प्रावधान की अनुपालना नहीं करने पर 1000/- प्रति वृक्ष की दर से राशि स्थानीय निकाय में जमा करानी होगी, जिस राशि का उपयोग उस भूखण्ड पर वृक्ष लगाने में किया जायेगा।
