10.11. पर्यावरण संरक्षण हेतु नियमः
10.11.4 Solid Waste Disposal:
10.11.4 सालिड वेस्ट डिस्पोजल (Solid Waste Disposal) –
(i) In group housing land, there must be a provision of 2 bins for solid waste disposal for every 30 flats or housing units or parts thereof, one bin for 0.67 cubic meters of non-biodegradable waste and the other for 1.33 cubic meters of biodegradable waste. Separate place must be identified for solid waste segregation, storage/collection, and decentralized processing on the ground.
(i) गुरप हाउसिंग के भूखण्डों में सालिड वेस्ट डिस्पोजल के लिए प्रत्येक 30 फ्लेट्स अथवा आवास इकाईयो अथवा उसके अंश पर 2 कचरापात्र का प्रावधान आवश्यक होगा, जिसमें एक पात्र 0.67 क्यूबिक मीटर का नॉन बायोडिग्रेडेबल तथा 1.33 क्यूबिक मीटर का दूसरा पात्र बायोडिग्रेडेबल अपशिष्ट हेतु होगा। भूतल पर ठोस अपशिष्टके पृथक्करण (Separation), भण्डारण (Storage / Collection), विकेन्द्रित प्रसंस्करण (Decentralised processing) के लिए एक अलग स्थल चिन्हित किया जाना होगा।
(ii) For group housing or commercial, institutional or other non-residential areas (excluding independent residential areas) with more than 200 residents or an area of more than 500 square meters, a provision of 2 bins for solid waste disposal for every 500 square meters or parts thereof must be made, one bin for 1.33 cubic meters of non-biodegradable waste and the other for 0.67 cubic meters of biodegradable waste. Separate place must be identified for solid waste segregation, storage/collection, and decentralized processing on the ground.
(ii) 200 से अधिक आवास वाले या 500 वर्गमीटर से अधिक क्षेत्रफल के प्लाट वाली ग्रुप हाउसिंग या वाणिज्यिक, सांस्थानिक या अन्य गैर आवासीय परिसर (स्वतंत्र आवासीय को छोड़कर) में सालिड वेस्ट डिस्पोजल के लिए प्रत्येक 500 वर्गमीटर गणना योग्य निर्मित क्षेत्र अथवा उसके अंश पर 2 कचरा पात्र का प्रावधान आवश्यक होगा, जिसमें एक पात्र 1.33 क्यूबिक मीटर का नॉन बायोडिग्रेडेबल तथा 0.67 क्यूबिक मीटर का दूसरा पात्र बायोडिग्रेडेबल अपशिष्ट हेतु होगा। भूतल पर ठोस अपशिष्ट के पृथक्करण, भण्डारण, विकेन्द्रित प्रसंस्करण के लिए एक अलग स्थल चिन्हित किया जाना होगा।
(iii) Solid waste disposal must be ensured according to the provisions of the local urban body.
(iii) ठोस कचरे का निस्तारण स्थानीय नगरीय निकाय के प्रावधानों के अनुसार सुनिश्चित करना होगा।
