10.2.3 Institutional Building

10.2.3 संस्थागत भवन

(b) Coaching Centre:

(ब) कोंचिग सेन्टर (Coaching Centre)

(i) The measurement standards of institutional purpose buildings will be applicable to these buildings where more than 100 students are present at one time.

(i) जहां 100 से अधिक विद्यार्थी एक समय में उपस्थित होते हो में इन भवन विनियमों के अनुसार संस्थानिक प्रयोजनार्थ भवनों के मापदण्ड लागू होगे।

(ii) The following standards will apply to coaching institutes with more than 10 but up to 100 students present at one time.

(ii) निम्न मानदण्ड ऐसे कोचिंग संस्थानों पर लागू होंगे जिनमें 10 से अधिक परन्तु 100 तक विधार्थी एक समय में उपस्थित होते हो।

(iii) Minimum road width will be 18 meters in larger cities and 12 meters in medium/small cities.

(iii) सड़क मार्गाधिकार बड़े शहरों में न्यूनतम 18 मीटर व मध्यम/लघु शहरों में न्यूनतम 12मीटर

(iv) The minimum area of the classroom should be 300 square meters and there should be a minimum of 4 square meters of countable built-up area available per applicant (based on the number of students per batch).

(iv) भूखण्ड का क्षेत्रफल न्यूनतम 300 वर्गमीटर तथा प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी (एक पारी के विद्यार्थियों की संख्या के आधार पर) हेतु न्यूनतम 4 वर्गमीटर गणना योग्य निर्मित क्षेत्रफल होना आवश्यक है।

(v) Provision for parking must be made in accordance with regulation 12.1.

(v) पार्किंग हेतु प्रावधान विनियम संख्या 12.1 के अनुसार रखने होंगे।

(vi) Separate facilities such as toilets and drinking water etc. for students must be provided in the building as per the prevailing National Building Code.

(vi) भूखण्ड मे छात्र/छात्राओं हेतु पृथक-पृथक सुविधाओं यथा टॉयलेट व पेयजल आदि का प्रावधान प्रचलित नेशनल बिल्डिंग कोड के अनुसार किया जाना होगा।

For Coaching Centre buildings, the area of land for construction, minimum set back, maximum height, and BAR will be as per Table-1.

कोंचिग सेन्टर भवनों के लिए भवन निर्माण बाबत भूखण्ड का क्षेत्रफल न्यूनतम सैट बेक अधिकतम ऊंचाई तथा बी. ए. आर. की सीमाएं तालिका-1 के अनुसार होंगे।
