10.2.3 Institutional Building
10.2.3 संस्थागत भवन
For institutional buildings, the area of land for construction, minimum set back, maximum height, and BAR will be as per Table-1.
संस्थागत भवनों के लिए भवन निर्माण बाबत भूखण्ड का क्षेत्रफल न्यूनतम सैट बेक अधिकतम ऊंचाई तथा बी. ए. आर. की सीमाएं तालिका-1 के अनुसार होंगे।
(a) General Rules:
(i) If the land is designated for the institution in the plan, then the provisions of the plan will be effective. There will be no mandatory requirement for minimum road width.
(अ) सामान्य नियम (General Rules) – (i) भूखण्ड यदि योजना में संस्था के लिये निर्धारित है तो योजना के प्रावधान प्रभावी होंगे। सड़क की न्यूनतम चौडाई जैसी शर्तों की अनिवार्यता नहीं होगी।
(ii) Minimum area of land and road width will not be required for government/semi-government public buildings such as police stations, community centers, libraries, old age homes, patwari houses, etc.
(ii) राजकीय/अर्द्धराजकीय सार्वजनिक उपयोग के भवनों यथा पुलिस चौकी, आंगनबाडी केन्द्र, लाईब्रेरी, वृद्धाश्रम, पटवार घर आदि हेतु भू-खण्ड के न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल व सड़क की न्यूनतम चौडाई की बाध्यता नहीं होगी।
(iii) Provision for parking as per Regulation 12.1 will be required.
(iii) विनियम 12.1 के अनुसार पार्किंग का प्रावधान कराना आवश्यक होगा।
(iv) Institutional multi-story buildings and larger land areas of 750 sq.m. or more and road width of all categories in all cities will be entitled to a minimum of 18 meters.
(iv) संस्थागत बहुमंजिले भवन 750 व. मी. अथवा उससे अधिक बड़े भूखण्डों पर तथा सड़क की चौड़ाई सभी श्रेणी के शहरों में न्यूनतम 18 मीटर पर ही देय होगे।
(b) Coaching Centre: (ब) कोंचिग सेन्टर

Side Setback, Rear Setback, Height and BAR Standards shall be per Table-1
Front setback shall be as per Table-4 according to the width of the road
Parking standards shall be as per Table-8
