10.2.6 Tourism Unit Building
(d) Amusement Park
The minimum area of the land will be 1 hectare and the minimum width of the road will be 18 meters in large cities and 12 meters in medium and small cities.
(द) एम्यूजमेन्ट पार्क (Amusement Park)
भूखण्ड का न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल 1 हेक्टेयर होगा व सड़क की न्यूनतम चौडाई बड़े ही में न्यूनतम 18 मीटर व मध्यमालघु शहरों में न्यूनतम 12 मीटर होगी।
(i) Recreational equipment that is unstable, high or involves dressing up will not be allowed in open areas. For each area of 50 square meters, at least two large trees that can grow up to 6 meters or more will need to be planted.
(i) खुले क्षेत्र में लगाये जाने वाले मनोरंजन के उपकरणाझूले, उचई तथा आच्छादन में शामिल नहीं किये जायेंगे। प्रत्येक 50 व.मी. क्षेत्रफल के लिए कम से कम दो वृक्ष के अनुपात में बड़े वृक्ष जो 6 मी या इससे अधिक ऊंचाई ग्रहण कर सकते हो, लगाने होंगे।
Note: The state government can relax the minimum area requirement to attract investment in tourism business and to increase employment opportunities in the unorganized sector.
नोट: पर्यटन व्यवसाय में निवेश को आकर्षित करने एवं असंगठित क्षेत्र में रोजगार की उपलब्धता की संभावनाओं के दृष्टिगत न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल में तिथिलता राज्य सरकार द्वारा दी जा सकेगी
