11.0 Internal Standards Required for Building Construction

11.3 Corner Compound Wall of building located on a turn (intersection) –

(i) In the corner section of the boundary/wall, at the intersection of the road, the height of the wall will be limited to 0.75 meters for a length of 5 meters on both sides of the turn and the remaining height can be completed by installing a railing.

(ii) In case of a dangerous or inconvenient turn (intersection) on the road, the local authority will have the right to instruct the owner of the building on the corner or boundary wall at the turn to make it round-shaped, as deemed appropriate by the local authority.

11.3. मोड़ (नुक्कड़) पर स्थित भवन की दीवार (Corner Compound Wall)-

 (i) कोने के भूखण्ड में सीमाभिती/ दीवार की ऊंचाई सड़क के मोड़ पर, मोड़ से सामने और पार्श्व में दोनों ओर 5 मी. की लम्बाई में 0.75 मी. तक सीमित रहेगी और शेष ऊंचाई रेलिंग लगाकर पूरी का जा सकेगी।

(ii) सड़क पर खतरनाक अथवा असुविधाजनक मोड (नुक्कड) होने पर स्थानीय निकाय को नुक्कड़ के भवन के स्वामी को यह निर्देश देने का अधिकार होगा कि वह भवन के नुक्कड को अथवा मोड़ पर बाउण्ड्री की दीवार को ऐसा गोलाकार बना दे, जैसा कि स्थानीय निकाय द्वारा ठीक समझा जावे।
