21 Special Provision

12(7). For the maintenance and provision of rainwater harvesting structures and tree plantation and maintenance, the following directions are given:

7. रेन वाटर हार्वेसटिंग संरचना के रख-रखाव तथा वृक्षारोपण एवं रख-रखाव के प्रावधान हेतु निर्देशित:-

(i) Rainwater Harvesting Structure: It is mandatory to construct rainwater harvesting structures under the provisions of rule number 10.11.1 by each plot owner.

(i) रेन वाटर हार्वेसटिंग संरचना:- प्रत्येक भूखण्डधारी द्वारा विनियम संख्या 10.11.1 के प्रावधान के तहत रेन वाटर हार्वेसटिंग संरचना का निर्माण किया जाना अनिवार्य होगा।

• For maintenance of the aforementioned structures, the local authority shall determine and levy a fee per unit annually for maintenance purposes, which shall be authorized for maintenance of each structure located in the urban area (as determined by zones / regions / wards / colonies or as specified).

• उक्तसंरचनाओंकेरख-रखाव हेतु स्थानीय निकाय द्वारा प्रति इकाई प्रतिवर्ष शुल्क निर्धारित कर शुल्क निर्धारित कर नगरीय क्षेत्र मैं स्थित प्रत्येक संरचना के (जोनवार /क्षेत्रवार/वार्डवार / कॉलोनीवार जैसा भी निर्धारित किया जावे) रख रखाव हेतु अधिकृत किया जावेगा।

• A panel comprising the municipal corporation / private sanitation workers / interested workers shall be prepared for the aforementioned task and public notice shall be published.

• उक्त कार्य हेतु नगर पालिका / निजी सफाई कर्मियों / इच्छुक कर्मियों का पैनल तैयार कर सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाषित की जावेगी ।

• The registered person shall be charged the determined maintenance fee for the aforementioned task, and information regarding the commencement of maintenance of each structure shall be made available to the concerned municipal authority online/offline every year.

• निर्धारित रखरखाव शुल्क का उपरोक्त कार्य हेतु पंजीकृत व्यक्ति को भुगतान किया जावेगा एवं प्रत्येक वर्ष संरचना के चालू होने की सूचना संबंधित नगरीय निकाय को ऑनलाईन/ऑफलाईन उपलब्ध करवायी जावेगी ।

(ii) Tree plantation work: Planting trees will be mandatory for every landowner under the provisions of regulation number 10.11.3.

(ii) वृक्षारोपण कार्य:-प्रत्येक भूखण्डधारी द्वारा विनियम संख्या 10.11.3 के प्रावधान के तहतवृक्षारोपण किया जाना किया अनिवार्य होगा।

• Regardless of whether the concerned landowner/association/private developer, etc., local authorities will carry out tree plantation and maintenance by determining a fee per tree per year.

• संबंधित भूखण्ड धारी/एसोसिएशन/ निजी विकासकर्ता आदि जैसी भी स्थिति हो से वृक्षारोपण एवं इनके रख रखाव हेतु स्थानीय निकाय किया जायेगा। द्वारा प्रति वृक्ष, प्रतिवर्ष शुल्क निर्धारित कर वसूल किया जायेगा।

• For this work, a panel of individuals/groups/organizations, etc. with experience in gardening/tree planting will be prepared by each municipal body, and public information will be published.

• उक्त कार्य हेतु प्रत्येक नगरीय निकाय द्वारा उद्यानिकी / वृक्षारोपण का कार्य करने में अनुभव रखने वाले व्यक्तियों / समूहों/संस्थाओं आदि का पैनल तैयार कर सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशितकी जावेगी ।

• In order to facilitate cooperation in tree planting work by every landowner in the municipal area, fees will be determined for planting trees/plants per tree/plant and for annual maintenance on a zone-wise/area-wise/ward-wise/colony-wise basis, and individuals/groups/organizations will be authorized.

• नगरीय क्षेत्र में स्थित प्रत्येक भूखण्डधारी द्वारा वृक्षारोपण कार्य में सहयोग हेतु तैयार किये गये पैनल में से जोनवार / क्षेत्रवार/वार्डवार/कालोनीवार प्रति वृक्ष/पौधारोपण एवं इसके वार्षिक रखरखाव हेतु शुल्क निर्धारित किया जाकर व्यक्तियों/समूहों/संस्थाओं को अधिकृत किया जावेगा।
