(H) Roof Top Restaurant
(ज) रूफ टॉप रेस्टोरेंट
The technical standards for a Roof Top Restaurant are as follows:
रूफ टॉप रेस्टोरेट हेतु तकनीकी मापदण्ड निम्नानुसार होंगे:-
(i) The Roof Top Restaurant must primarily be allowed in commercial routes/areas (pre-dominant commercial areas), commercial buildings/institutional buildings/hotels/malls/office complexes etc. buildings and sub-uses shown in the master plan.
(i) रूफ टॉप रेस्टोरेंट मुख्यतः व्यावसायिक मार्गों / क्षेत्रों (Pre dominant commercial areas) व्यावसायिक भवनो/सांस्थानिक भवनो/होटल/ मॉल/ऑफिस कॉम्प्लेक्स आदि भवनो एवं मास्टर प्लान में दर्शित व्यावसायिक भू-उपयोग के अंतर्गत अनुज्ञेय होगे।
(ii) For the Roof Top Restaurant, the maximum 25 percent of the roof of the building should be capable of being removed with temporary structure materials such as steel/aluminum framing or with material that does not catch fire, and the remaining roof area must be kept open, which can be used for sitting in a circular pattern and other building-related facilities.
(ii) रूफ टॉप रेस्टोरेट हेतु भवन की छत का अधिकतम 25 प्रतिशत हटाने योग्य अस्थायी स्ट्रक्चर मैटेरियल यथा स्टील/एल्यूमिनियम फ्रेमिंग अथवा ऐसा मैटेरियल जो आग नहीं रूफ टॉप रेस्टोरेट हेतु भवन की छत का अधिकतम 25 प्रतिशत हटाने योग्य अस्थायी स्ट्रक्चर मैटेरियल यथा स्टील/एल्यूमिनियम फ्रेमिंग अथवा ऐसा मैटेरियल जो आग नहीं पकड़ता हो, से टका (Covered) जा सकेगा तथा शेष छत का क्षेत्र खुला रखना आवश्यक होगा जो कि बैठने एक सर्कुलेपन तथा अन्य भवन सम्बन्धी सुविधाओं हेतु उपयोग में लिया जावेगा।
(iii) For the Roof Top Restaurant, according to the above, the maximum 25 percent area can be allowed to be up to 4 meters high, and wherever necessary for this height, an uncontested certificate must be obtained from the Airport Authority of India.
(iii) रूफ टॉप रेस्टोरेट हेतु उपरोक्तानुसार अधिकतम 25 प्रतिशत क्षेत्र की ऊंचाई 4 मीटर तक ही अनुज्ञेय होगी उक्त ऊँचाई हेतु जहाँ कहीं भी आवश्यक हो भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण (Airport Authority) से अनापत्ति प्रमाण-पत्र लिया जाना आवश्यक होगा।
(iv) Fire safety provisions and other standards issued by the state government in this regard as per the notification dated 09.01.2020 and orders issued from time to time are mandatory.

(iv) अग्निशमन सम्बन्धी सुरक्षात्मक प्रावधान एवं अन्य मानदण्ड राज्य सरकार द्वारा इस सम्बन्ध में जारी अधिसूचना दिनांक 09.01.2020 एवं समयसमय पर जारी आदेशों के अनुसार रखे जाने अनिवार्य होगे।
