केसर चौराहा से पूर्व दिशा की ओर चलते हुए रामपुरा रोड पर दायें हिस्से को शामिल करते हुए बायें को छोडतें हुए रामपुरा रेल्वे फाटक तक। यहां से दक्षिण दिशा में रेल्वे लाईन के सहारे-सहारे चलते हुये तिवारी रोड, महात्मा ज्योतिराव स्कूल वाली रोड के जंक्शन तक। यहां से महात्मा ज्योतिराव स्कूल वाली रोड पर पश्चिम दिशा में चलते हुये आनन्द सिटी व ज्योति राव स्कूल को छोड़ते हुए एवं दाये भाग को सम्मिलित करते हुए प्लाट नं. 84 श्याम विहार तक। यहां से पश्चिम दिशा में चलते हुए केदार टावर एवं अनुकम्पा टावर को छोडते हुए नगर निगम सीमा तक। यहा से नगर निगम सीमा के सहारे सहारे चलते हुए उत्तर दिशा में चलते हुए केशर चौराहे तक का समस्त भाग।

From here, moving on Mahatma Jyotirao Phule School Road towards the west, leaving Anand City and Jyoti Rao School, and including the right side, up to Plot No. 84, Shyam Vihar. From here, moving towards the west, leaving Kedar Tower and Anukampa Tower, up to the Nagar Nigam boundary. From here, moving along the Nagar Nigam boundary, towards the north, reaching Kesar Chauraha while covering the entire area up to there.
