11.12. Septic Tank –

11.12. सैप्टिक टैंक (Septic Tank) –

All waste water will be connected to the local body’s waste water system. In areas where this type of system is not available, arrangements must be made to provide a septic tank or Soak pit within the plot area. The drainage and waste water disposal services shall be in accordance with the provisions of the National Building Code.

सभी मल जल निकासी स्थानीय निकाय के मल जल व्यवस्था की लाईनो से जुड़े हुए होगे। जहाँ इस प्रकार की व्यवस्था उपलब्ध नहीं है वहाँ भूमिगत सैप्टिक टैंक/सोकपिट भूखण्ड के अन्दर देने की व्यवस्था करनी होगी। नलकारी एवं जल, मल निकास सेवायें राष्ट्रीय भवन निर्माण संहिता के उपबंधों के अनुरूप होगी।
