10.2.1 Residential Building

10.2.1 आवासीय भवन (Residential Building)

(H) Hostel –

(व) हॉस्टल (Hostel) –

 (i) Hostel buildings will be permissible on all land parcels meant for residential / commercial / industrial / institutional land uses, covering the entire area as per the land-use classification.

(i) हॉस्टल भवन आवासीय / वाणिज्यिक / औदयोगिक/ संस्थागत भू-उपयोगों में समस्त क्षेत्रफल के भूखण्डो पर अनुज्ञेय होगे।

(ii) Building norms for the land parcels shall be as per the standards prescribed in Table 1.

(ii) भूखण्ड हेतु भवन मानदण्ड तालिका 1 के अनुरूप ही देय होगे।

Flats building norms as per bye laws

Side Setback, Rear Setback, Height and BAR Standards shall be per Table-1

Front setback shall be as per Table-4 according to the width of the road

Parking standards shall be as per Table-8
