(E) Marriage Place
(ड) विवाह स्थल
The building for the marriage place shall comply with the marriage venue regulations applicable by the state government, and if the marriage venue regulations are not applicable, the following shall be applicable:
विवाह स्थल हेतु भवन मानदण्ड राज्य सरकार द्वारा लागू विवाह स्थल उपविधियों के अनुरूप होंगे एवं विवाह उपविधियां लागू नहीं होने पर निम्नानुसार होंगे
(i) For marriage places, the minimum width of the road must be 24 meters in large cities and 18 meters in medium/small cities.
(i) विवाह स्थल हेतु सड़क की न्यूनतम चौड़ाई बड़े शहरों में न्यूनतम 24 मीटर व मध्यम/ लघु शहरों में न्यूनतम 18 मीटर अनिवार्य है।
(ii) The minimum area of the plot shall be 2000 square meters.
(ii) भूखण्ड का न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल 2000 वर्गमीटर होगा।
(iii) In plots up to 5000 square meters, 50% of the parking space shall be provided for 50% of the area of the plot, and in plots exceeding 5000 square meters, parking arrangements shall be made for 50% of the area of the plot up to 5000 square meters and 35% of the area of the plot exceeding it. The compliance with the rules/guidelines issued by the state government concerning the marriage venue will be ensured.
(iii) 5000 व.मी. क्षेत्रफल तक के भूखण्डों में भूखण्ड के 50 प्रतिशत क्षेत्रफल पर पार्किंग का प्रावधान किया जाना अनिवार्य होगा तथा 5000 व.मी. से अतिरिक्त क्षेत्रफल पर 5000 व.मी. क्षेत्रफल के 50 प्रतिशत भाग पर तथा इसके अतिरिक्त क्षेत्रफल का 35 प्रतिशत क्षेत्रफल पर पार्किंग व्यवस्था किया जाना अनिवार्य होगा। राज्य सरकार द्वारा विवाह स्थल के संबंध में जारी नियमों/नितियों की पालना सुनिश्चित की जावेगी।
(iv) The permission for the marriage venue shall be prohibited within 100 meters of a hospital (minimum 20 beds).
(iv) विवाह स्थल की अनुमति चिकित्सालय (न्यूनतम 20 बेड) से 100 मीटर की परिधि में प्रतिबंधित होगी।
(v) From a security standpoint, two roads shall be proposed for the entry and exit of vehicles in the plot.
(v) सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से भूखण्ड में वाहनों के प्रवेश निकास हेतु दो रास्ते प्रस्तावित किये जाने अनिवार्य हैं।
