(D) Standards for the establishment of petrol pump-filling stations (retail fuel filling stations)
(घ) पेट्रोल पम्पफिलिंग स्टेशनासीएनजी/एलपीजीफिलिंग स्टेशन (रिटेल फ्यूल फिलिंग स्टेशन) की स्थापना हेतु मानदण्ड
(i) Minimum land area for petrol pump and filling station –
(a) for petrol pumps with two-wheelers and four-wheelers – 20 meters width X 20 meters depth.
(b) for petrol pumps with only two-wheelers – 18 meters width X 15 meters depth.
(c) for petrol pump CNG/LPG filling stations – 36 meters width X 30 meters depth.
(i) पेट्रोल पम्प व फिलिंग स्टेशन हेतु भूखण्ड का न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल –
(क) पेट्रोल पम्पासीएनजी/एलपीजी फिलिंग स्टेशन दो पहिया व चपहिया वाहनों हेतु) – 20 मीटर चौडाईX 20 मीटर गहराई
(ख) पेट्रोल पम्पासीएनजी/एलपीजी फिलिंग स्टेशन (केवल दो पहियाातीन पहिया वाहनों के लिए) – 18 मीटर चौडाईx 15 मीटर गहराई
(ग) पेट्रोल पम्प सीएनजी एलपीजी फिलिंग स्टेशनमय सर्विस स्टेशन 36 मीटर चौडाई x 30 मीटर गहराई
(ii) The minimum width of the road shall be 24 meters in large cities and 18 meters in medium-sized cities.
(ii) सड़क की न्यूनतम चौडाई बड़े शहरों में न्यूनतम 24 मीटर व मध्यमालघु शहरों में न्यूनतम 18 मीटर होगी।
(iii) The minimum land area, measurements, and technical standards stated in the LOI/approved layout plan issued by oil companies shall be valid if they differ from those stated above.
(iii) ऑयल कंपनियों द्वारा जारी एल ओ आई / स्वीकृत ले-आउट प्लान में उपरोक्त वर्णित न्यूनतम
क्षेत्रफल, माप एवं तकनीकी मानदण्ड भिन्न होने पर न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल, माप एवं तकनीकी
मानदण्ड एलओ आई/स्वीकृत ले आउट प्लान के अनुसार मान्य होंगे।
(iv) In case of proposals for petrol pump CNG/LPG filling stations on land with an area greater than the minimum land area mentioned above, the additional activities shall be carried out on the extra land.
(iv) उपरोक्त न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल से अधिक क्षेत्रफल के भूखण्ड पर पेट्रोल पम्पा सीएनजीएलपीजी फिलिंग स्टेशन प्रस्तावित होने पर अतिरिक्त भूमि पर इन गतिविधियो
