तालिका 3 हेतु टिप्पणी
(i) Front setback should be in accordance with table 4 of regulation number 10.7(1) of the front set back or in the above table whichever is more.
(i) अग्र सेटबेक विनियम संख्या 10.7 (1) की तालिका 4 के अनुसार अथवा उपरोक्त तालिका अनुसार जो भी अधिक हो देय होंगे।
(ii)The proposed constructed area for storage warehouses can be designed with an area of 10 square meters per 1,000 kg storage capacity and not exceeding 1.5 times the length of the warehouse’s width.
(ii) स्टोरेज गोदाम के निर्मित क्षेत्र की लम्बाई गोदाम की चौड़ाई के 1.5 गुणा से अधिक ना हो एवं प्रत्येक 1000 किलो भण्डारण क्षमता पर 10 वर्गमीटर निर्मित क्षेत्र प्रस्तावित किया जा सकता
(iii) The proposed/loading and unloading area for the main road adjoining the proposed/approved front set back in the storage warehouse shall have a depth of 3 meters.
(iii) स्टोरेज गोदाम में प्रस्तावित/स्वीकृत अग्र सैटबेक के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सड़क से लगती हुए 3. मीटर गहराई की भू-पट्टी लोडिंग व अनलोडिंग क्षेत्र हेतु प्रस्तावित की जानी होगी।
(iv) Petrol pumps and power transmission lines/telephone lines are not passing within a minimum circumference of 100 meters near the constructed storage for gas warehouses.
(iv) गैस गोदाम हेतु निर्मित स्टोरेज के निकट न्यूनतम 100 मीटर की परिधि में पेट्रोल पम्प एवं प्रस्तावित भूमि के ऊपर से विद्युत लाईन/पावर ट्रांसमिशन लाईन/टेलीफोन लाईन नहीं गुजर रही हो ।
