10.2.2 वाणिज्यिक भवन
(G) Weigh-Bridge
(छ) धर्म कांटा (Weigh-Bridge)
(i) The minimum area of the plot for the weighbridge will be 525 square meters (measured at 25 meters with the road and 21 meters deep, with a 4-meter x 5-meter room excluding the front and side setback of 3 meters).
(i) भूखण्ड की न्यूनतम क्षेत्रफल 525 वर्ग मीटर (नाप 25 मीटर सड़क के साथ एवं 21 मीटर गहराई रहेगी जिसमे पृष्ठ व पार्श्वसैटबेक 3 मीटर छोड़कर 4 मीटर x5 मीटर का कमरा देय होगा।
(ii) The width of the road is mandatory for the weighbridge to be at least 24 meters in larger cities and 18 meters in medium/small cities.
(ii) धर्म काटा हेतु सड़क की चौड़ाई बड़ेशहरोंमे न्यूनतम 24 मीटर व मध्यम/लघु शहरोंमें न्यूनतम 18 मीटर अनिवार्य हैं।
