11.8. Garage –

11.8. गैराज (Garrage) –

(a) Only one private garage will be permitted in those residential plots where the side setback is a minimum of 3 meters. The maximum area of the garage will be 20 sq. m. The covered area of the garage will be included in the calculation of the plot coverage and BAR. The garage may be constructed within 9 meters from the previous limit of the plot. The construction of the garage will only be allowed on the first floor and will be included in the BAR. The garage will not be allowed in those plots where a stilts floor is proposed.

(क) पार्श्व सैटबेक में केवल एक निजी गैराज उन रिहायशी भूखण्डों में अनुज्ञेय होगा, जहां यह सैटवेक न्यूनतम 3 मीटर होगा। गैराज का अधिकतम क्षेत्रफल 20 व.मी. होगा। गैराज आच्छादित क्षेत्रफल व बी.ए.आर. की गणना में शामिल होगा। गैराज का निर्माण भूखण्ड की पिछली सीमा से 9 मीटर के भीतर किया जा सकता है। गैराज के ऊपर केवल प्रथम तल पर उतने ही क्षेत्र का निर्माण किया जा सकता है। जो कि बी. ए.आर. में शामिल किया जायेगा। जिन भूखण्डों में स्टिल्ट फ्लोर प्रस्तावित हो वहाँ गैराज देय नहीं होगा।

(b) In the sub-divided residential plots, if the side setback is 3.0 meters or more, then one garage may be provided in each plot subject to the fulfillment of the above conditions.

(ख) उपविभाजित आवासीय भूखण्डों में यदि पार्श्व सैटवेक 3.0 मी. या उससे अधिक है तो ऐसे प्रत्येक भूखण्ड में एक गैराज उपरोक्त वर्णित शर्तों के पूर्ण होने पर दिया जा सकता है।
