11.9. Porch / Portico –
11.9. पोर्च (Porch/ Portico)-
1. A porch shall be provided either with supports in the side setback or without supports, if the front setback is 6.0 m or more and a porch in the side setback shall be provided when the side setback is a minimum of 3 m. No construction shall be allowed above the porch. In all types of buildings where more than one building tower is proposed, each tower shall have a porch.
1) पोर्च साइड सैटबेक या अय सैटबेक में खम्बों के सहारे टिका हुआ या अन्यथा देय होगा। अग्र सैटवेक में पोर्च तभी देय हो सकता है जब अय सैटबेक 6.0 मी. या उससे अधिक हो तथा साइड सैटवेक में पोर्च तभी देय होगा जब साइड सैटयेक न्यूनतम 3 मी. हो । पोर्च के ऊपर किसी भी प्रकार का निर्माण देय नहीं होगा। सभी प्रकार के भवनों में जहाँ एक से अधिक बिल्डिंग टॉवर प्रस्तावित हो, वहाँ प्रत्येक टॉवर में एक पोर्च देय होगा।
2. The maximum width of the porch shall be 3.0 meters if the setback is up to 6.0 meters from any side. If the setback is more than 6.0 meters, the width of the porch shall be allowed up to 50% of the setback distance. Only in hotels and institutional buildings, the width of the porch may be allowed up to the boundary of the setback area.
2) किसी ओर का सैटबेक 6.0 मीटर तक होने पर पोर्च की अधिकतम चौडाई3.0 मीटर देय होगी। सैटबेक 6.0 मीटर से अधिक होने पर पोर्च की चौडाई सैटबेक दूरी का 50 प्रतिशत तक देय होगी। केवल होटल एवं संस्थानिक भवनों में पोर्च की चौड़ाई सैटबैंक की सीमा अर्थात भूखण्ड की बाउण्ड्री तक अनुज्ञेय किया जा सकेगा।
3. The maximum length of the porch shall be equal to half of the length of the building block in the direction of the porch.
3) पोर्च की लम्बाई संबंधित बिल्डिंग ब्लॉक की उस दिशा की लम्बाई के अधिकतम 1/2 लम्बाई के बराबर देय होगी।
4. More than one porch may also be allowed in non-residential buildings.
4) गैर आवासीय भवनों में एक से अधिक पोर्च भी अनुज्ञेय किये जा सकेंगे।
5. No construction, railing, parapet, etc. shall be allowed on the porch and no door/way shall be allowed for access to the floor.
5) पोर्च पर किसी प्रकार का निर्माण, रेलिंग, पैरापेट आदि अनुज्ञेय नही होगे तथा भी मंजिल पर आवागमन हेतु कोई दरवाजा / रास्ता अनुज्ञेय नही होगा।
