12.3. Electric Services
12.3. विद्युत सेवाएं (Electric Service)-
(i) In order to fulfill the electricity requirements in a building, it is the responsibility of the developer and the construction agency to comply with the provisions of the relevant electricity distribution agency and adhere to energy conservation building codes and updated provisions from time to time.
(i) भवन में विद्युत आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति हेतु संबंधित विद्युत वितरण एजेन्सी के प्रावधानों के अनुसार प्रावधान रखे जाने एवं एनर्जी कन्जर्वेशन बिल्डिंग कोड एवं समयसमय पर संशोधित प्रावधानों की अनुपालना की समस्त जिम्मेदारी निर्माणकर्ता विकासकर्ता की होगी।
