19.3. सक्षमता (Competence) –
Registered technical experts who possess the qualifications mentioned above will be eligible to prepare/approve building maps (for all purposes) for the land parcels of the described area and provide information related to building maps to the relevant municipal authorities.
उपरोक्तानुसार अर्हताएं रखने वाले पंजीकृत तकनीकीविद निम्नानुसार वर्णित क्षेत्रफल तक के भूखण्डों हेतु भवनों के मानचित्र (सभी उपयोगों हेतु ) तैयार करने / अनुमोदन करने एवं संबंधित नगरीय निकाय में भवन मानचित्रों से संबंधित सूचना देने के हकदार होंगे।
19.3.1 All building maps for buildings of all heights for the entire area shall be submitted to the competent officer of the relevant municipal authority by the technical experts described in regulation numbers 19.2 (i) to (iii).
19.3.1 विनियम संख्या 19.2 (i) से (iii) पर वर्णित तकनीकीविद समस्त क्षेत्रफल के सभी ऊँचाई के भवनों हेतु भवन मानचित्रों का संबंधित नगरीय निकाय के सक्षम अधिकारी को प्रस्तुत किये जाने हेतु ।
19.3.2 Technical experts described in regulation numbers 19.2 (i) to (iii) shall be authorized to approve deemed maps under regulation 7.2 after registration by the Chief Town Planner, Rajasthan.
19.3.2 विनियम संख्या 19.2 (i) से (iii) पर वर्णित तकनीकीविद विनियम 7.2 के अन्तर्गत डीम्ड मानचित्र अनुमोदन हेतु मुख्य नगर नियोजक, राजस्थान द्वारा पंजीकरण के पश्चात् अधिकृत होंगे।
19.3.3 Technical experts described in regulation numbers 19.2 (iv) to (vii) shall be eligible for all land parcels of up to 250 square meters in area (maximum basement + ground floor + three floors) for all uses.
19.3.3 विनियम संख्या 19.2 (iv) से (vii) पर वर्णित तकनीकीविद 250 व.मी. क्षेत्रफल तक के समस्त उपयोग के भूखण्ड हेतु (अधिकतम बेसमेंट +भूतल + तीन मंजिल) ।
19.3.4 Technical experts described in regulation numbers 19.2 (viii) to (x) shall be eligible for all land parcels of up to 250 square meters in area (maximum basement + ground floor + two floors) for all uses.
19.3.4 विनियम संख्या 19.2 (viii) से (x) पर वर्णित तकनीकीविद 250 व.मी. क्षेत्रफल तक के समस्त उपयोग के भूखण्ड हेतु (अधिकतम बेसमेंट +भूतल + दो मंजिल ) |
