19 Registered technical experts for submission of map for building permission : Qualifications and Registration:
19 भवन निर्माण अनुज्ञा हेतु मानचित्र प्रस्तुत करने हेतु पंजीकृत तकनीकीविज्ञ : अर्हताएं एवं पंजीकरणः
19.1. The authority/municipal corporation may register an individual or group of individuals as a registered technical expert who has formed a firm, company or society and meets the qualifications listed in section 19.2.
19.1. प्राधिकरण/नगर निगम द्वारा किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति या व्यक्तियों के समूह का पंजीकृत तकनीकीविज्ञ के रूप में पंजीयन किया जा सकेगा जो फर्म, कम्पनी या समिति का गठन कर व्यवसाय कर रहे हों एवं अनुच्छेद 19.2 के अनुसार अर्हताएं रखते हों।
19.2. Eligibility criteria for registered technical experts are as follows:
19.2. पंजीकृत तकनीकीविद के लिये अर्हताएं निम्नानुसार होंगी:
(i) associate member of the Indian Institute of Architects,
(i) इण्डियन इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ आर्किटेक्ट्स का सहयुक्त सदस्य ।
or
अथवा
(ii) degree in architecture from a recognized institution and registration with the Council of Architecture,
(ii) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से वास्तुविद डिग्री व काउंसिल ऑफ आर्किटेक्चर द्वारा पंजीकरण |
or
अथवा
(iii) eligibility criteria for membership of the Council of Architecture, such as listed in the Schedule of the Architects Act 1972.
(iii) काउंसिल ऑफ आर्किटेक्चर की सदस्यता के लिये पात्र बनाने वाली ऐसी अर्हताएं जैसी कि वास्तुविद अधिनियम 1972 की अनुसूची में सूचीबद्ध है।
(iv) Regular (Corporate) membership of the Institution of Engineers (Civil) / Institute of Town Planners India, New Delhi as an Associate Member.
(iv) इंस्टीटयूशन ऑफ इंजीनियर्स की नियमित (कारपोरेट) सदस्यता (सिविल)/इंस्टीटयूट ऑफ टाउन प्लानर इण्डिया, नई दिल्ली का एसोसिएट मेम्बर |
or
(v) Retired Assistant Town Planner / Assistant Architect / Officer of a higher level from a government/semi-government department.
(v) राजकीय/अर्द्धराजकीय विभाग से सेवानिवृत सहायक नगर नियोजक/सहायक वास्तुविद अथवा इससे अधिक स्तर के अधिकारी।
or
अथवा
(vi) Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution.
(vi) सिविल या संरचनात्मक (स्ट्रक्चरल) अभियांत्रिकी में डिग्री या मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से वास्तुविद डिप्लोमा।
or
अथवा
(vii) Completion of a recognized Architectural Assistantship program and two years of experience under a registered / civil engineer.
(vii) आर्किटेक्चरल असिस्टेंटशिप का मान्यता प्राप्त पाठ्यक्रम तथा वास्तविक / सिविल अभियंता के अधीन दो वर्ष का अनुभव।
अथवा
(viii) Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution and five years of experience under a licensed architect/civil engineer.
(viii) मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा और वास्तुविद / सिविल अभियन्ता के अधीन पांच वर्ष का अनुभव।
Or,
अथवा
(ix) Diploma in Civil Engineering with Draftsman specialization from a recognized institution and five years of experience under a licensed architect/civil engineer.
(ix) मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में ड्राफ्टमैन और वास्तुविद/सिविल अभियंता के अधीन पांच वर्ष का अनुभव।
Or,
अथवा
(x) Retired senior draftsman from a government/semi-government department.
Or,
अथवा
(x) राजकीय/अर्द्धराजकीय विभाग से सेवानिवृत वरिष्ठ प्रारूपकार ।
However, a group of individuals who meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above and are forming a firm, company, or committee can also be registered.
परन्तु उपरोक्तानुसार अर्हता रखने वाले ऐसे व्यक्तियों के समूह को भी पंजीकृत किया जा सकेगा जो फर्म, कम्पनी या समिति का गठन कर व्यवसाय कर रहे हों।
